Gotta catch em' all! For ages 5-14.

BOOK MAKING/STORY TELLING CAMP

Description coming soon. For ages 5-14.

COMEDY CAMP

This is a new camp for 2018! Kids will work individually and as a group on creating jokes, skits, bits and comedic songs. The group will be led through studies of classic comedy and improvisation to help develop skills in both writing and delivery. This is a great confidence-building camp for both shy kids and a great outlet for class clowns! For ages 5-14.

UKULELE CAMP

Ukulele lessons provide a fun way for kids to be welcomed to the wonderful world of stringed instruments. Students will have a chance to learn and experiment at their own pace. For beginners, the lessons include the basics such as properly holding, strumming, and playing simple chords. Ukuleles will be provided and everyone will be able to play songs and even make music to their own lyrics! Due to the nature of this class, your child can repeat weeks and continue to enhance their musical skills. For ages 5-14.

GIFT MAKING CAMP

In this special camp, campers will discover the joy of making and giving gifts to the people they love all year long! Each day they will create a gift, design a card, and decorate the wrapping for the gift. Students will walk away with finished wrapped gifts! Due to the nature of this class, your child can repeat weeks and continue to enhance their gift making skills. We are keeping a few favorite projects from last year, but also adding some new projects to keep this camp fresh! Gift making camp is the gift that keeps giving! For ages 5-14.

MYTHICAL CREATURES CAMP

Our favorite creatures from myths and legends come to life in Mythical Creatures camp! Campers will learn about the magic and myth of different creatures and learn how to draw, paint, and collage their favorite beings — creating their own imaginary realm to bring home! We are keeping a few favorite projects from last year, but also adding some new projects to keep this camp fresh! For ages 5-14.

DANCE CAMP

Get your dance on! This is a high energy camp that uses the latest sounds in pop music together with a variety of dance styles originating from Broadway musicals to the latest music videos. This camp gives students the opportunity to develop their own sense of dance style. At the end of each week, the group will showcase their work and all they have learned! For ages 5-14.

IMPROV CAMP

Improv camp is a fun and exciting way to learn the skills of improvisation and learn life lessons on having fun, making friends, and gaining courage. This class is perfect for shy children as it helps them learn to react in social situations and helps non-shy children become a more dynamic speaker or team player. We will explore how to actively listen through hilarious exercises and skill-driven games which can decrease social stress and help develop presentation skills. The class will focus on team building and the concept that "If your teammate looks good, then you will look good". At the end of the week, each camper will be able to showcase all they have learned! For ages 5-14.

PUPPETRY

The magic of puppetry awaits as campers will be introduced to this ancient art. Each day we will focus on a different style of puppetry and learn about its history, how the puppets are manipulated, and build a different puppet each day! Students will learn listening skills, cooperation, and creativity — skills needed in puppetry AND in life. Students will work together and individually to bring characters to life and will learn about character development and voices. Due to the nature of this class, your child can repeat weeks and continue to enhance their puppet-making and performance skills. At the end of the week, each camper will be able to showcase their work and all they have learned! For ages 5-14.

PAINTING CAMP

Campers will have a blast learning about color theory and learning different techniques for applying paint along with studying famous artists, art appreciation and history. They will learn how to see with an artist's eye and will fill your home with unique and beautiful artwork by the end of this week. Due to the nature of this class, your child can repeat weeks and continue to enhance their painting skills. We are keeping a few favorite projects from last year, but also adding some new paintings to keep this camp fresh! Dress for the mess! For ages 5-14.

SINGING CAMP

Whether you think you have the voice of a frog or the voice of an angel, you are welcome to attend singing camp! The focus is on developing healthy vocal techniques, music theory, song interpretation, and acting for the singer. Students will work on broadening the versatility of their vocal performance — by learning warm-ups and breathing techniques, and learning how to sell the lyrics of a song. You don't need to be a singer, you just need to embrace the joy of singing! At the end of the week, each camper will be able to showcase their work and all they have learned! For ages 5-14.

TOY MAKING CAMP 1

This camp makes a different set of toys from Toy Making 2 so sign up for both in any order you want! Instead of buying your next toy, learn how to MAKE one! This camp shows how to make toys using a mix of craft items, household items and recycled materials which will be a lot of creative fun, plus it benefits the parent's wallet and of course, the environment. These campers will really appreciate the toys that they have made all by themselves! We are keeping a few favorite projects from last year, but also adding some new toys to keep this camp fresh! For ages 5-14.

TOY MAKING CAMP 2

Toy Making 1 was SO popular that we had to add a second camp! This camp makes a different set of toys from Toy Making 1 so sign up for both in any order you want! We will make toys using a mix of craft items, household items and recycled materials which will be a lot of creative fun, plus it benefits the parent's wallet and of course, the environment. These campers will really appreciate the toys that they have made all by themselves! We are keeping a few favorite projects from last year, but also adding some new toys to keep this camp fresh! For ages 5-14.

DRAMA CAMP

This camp provides a selection of drama games and activities for children who are interested in being on stage. Campers will put the "actor's toolbox" of body, voice, and imagination to good use to gain important life skills such as self-confidence, leadership, and teamwork — plus find new ways to express their emotions and creativity through acting. Everyone is a star and deserves a chance to shine! At the end of the week, each camper will be able to showcase their work and all they have learned! For ages 5-14.
